Payment System
Centrally facilitating guaranteed BEE marketplace transactions for security and convenience. Addresses BEE orders with BEE supplier stock and manages this with a guaranteed payment system.
B4i Systems in partnership with an existing, proven and guaranteed payment system, integrates this into the BEE supply chain. FICA compliance on all involved parties will be performed and necessary guarantees provided.
- Provides assurance to the BUYER (user/client) that payment will not occur before the product with the correct quantity has reached its destination (e.g., warehouse). (Quality checks on the other hand, are within the responsibility of the client).
- Provides assurance to the SUPPLIER (vendor) that an order can only be placed if sufficient funds are confirmed (or facilities provided). Once an order has been confirmed, the BUYER (client) will not be able to access the allocated funds anymore.
- Creates a workspace where AGENTS (middlemen – e.g., retailers or salespeople) can obtain a commission (or payment) without having to manage the high turnover themselves. (The turnover, however, can still go through their own bank account.) The system even allows for automated payments to 3rd party service providers like transporters, financial institutions, etc.
